Welcome to my relationship counseling website!

I offer support with topics of communication and with discovering new approaches and solutions. I would like to help you develop respectful and caring approaches to dealing with challenges and complexity.

I work online and in Berlin.

I welcome all genders, sexes, gender constellations, sexual and romantic orientations as well as all consensual relationship models and sexualities. Therefore, I draw on my experience with and work on diverse heterosexual and queer, monogamous and ethically non-monogamous lifestyles, including polyamory and open relationships, as well as various sexualities and non-sexualities, amongst others kink and BDSM, as well as asexuality. Rather than working with templates of ‘good’ or ‘right’ relationships—either based on societal or community norms—I aim to support you to co-create approaches that correspond to your wishes, needs and boundaries. My goal is to assist in fostering relationships that are beneficial to all involved and can also handle challenges. In this process, I appreciate diversity and strive to take into account and mitigate effects of discrimination, inequality and power imbalances on relationships. Regarding the term relationship counseling: The classic terms for my offer are couples counseling or couples therapy. These terms are not clearly distinguished from each other and are generally used interchangeably. I have opted for the term relationship counseling because not all relationships like the term ‘couple’ for themselves.
